We're Hiring
Heavy Equipment Operator
Operate CAT motor graders, excavators, scrapers, and compaction equipment on active job sites across South Texas. TxDOT and commercial projects.
- 3+ years operating heavy equipment
- Valid CDL preferred
- Ability to read grade stakes and plans
- OSHA 10 or willingness to obtain
Paving Crew Member
Work alongside experienced paving crews on asphalt and concrete paving projects. Operate rollers, lutes, and support equipment.
- 1+ years paving or construction experience
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Team-oriented and safety-focused
- Valid driver's license
Utilities / Underground Crew
Install water, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure. Work in trenching, pipe laying, and compaction on municipal and commercial projects.
- Experience with underground utility installation
- Familiarity with trench safety and shoring
- CDL a plus
- OSHA 10 preferred
CDL Truck Driver
Haul equipment, materials, and aggregate to and from job sites across South Texas. Operate lowboys, dump trucks, and water trucks.
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR
- Experience hauling heavy equipment preferred
Concrete Crew Member
Work on concrete placement crews handling flatwork, curb & gutter, box culverts, and drainage structures on commercial and municipal projects across South Texas.
- 1+ years concrete construction experience
- Experience with flatwork, forming, or finishing a plus
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- OSHA 10 or willingness to obtain
